I'm a small business owner and political activist in Northern Virginia. I think of myself as Reagan Republican: I believe that government should be limited; free enterprise is the best system for assuring the highest standard of living for the greatest number of people; our individual rights derive from the Constitution and not governmental whims; people should be civil to one another and accountable for their actions; and that America has a responsibility to remain engaged in the world, stand by her allies, and promote the universal values of self-determination, individual freedom, and equal opportunity.
We are considering a crowdfunding campaign to raise capital, in an offering under Regulation Crowdfunding. This would allow our community members to become owners too.
At this time we are NOT creating this campaign. However, we are 'testing the waters' to gauge investor interest. No money or other consideration is being solicited. If sent, it will not be accepted. No offer to buy securities will be accepted. No part of the purchase price will be received until a Form C is filed. Any indication of interest by you involves no obligation or commitment of any kind.
If offered the chance to invest, would you be interested in investing?
